Use Video to Recruit People

Organizations (especially start ups and technology groups) still struggle to attract key people.  Differentiation is the key and what better way to showcase your career offerings than video?  How?  For starters, video increases the average application rate by 34% and 90% of people say it’s a key influencer in their decision making process (for everything).  Check out this infographic for more data.
