EMPLOYER BRAND/RECRUITING BIO

Alex is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and modern-day storyteller.  After years of building global talent acquisition and employer branding teams for Fortune 500 through start-ups, he started SPLICE, an award-winning creative employer branding agency.  His passion for marketing and people engagement is obvious during the many keynotes and presentations delivered globally.

He has been interviewed and quoted by several media outlets including; Society of Human Resources (SHRM), Atlanta Business Chronicle, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Workforce Magazine, Dice.com, Monster.com, and Talent Management Magazine.  His book “Size Matters” discusses how to build personal brands and enhance individuals job search.

A graduate of The University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing and minor in Public Relations he currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his children.

Alex is a self-made entrepreneur and co-founder of Revibe, a CBD products company and founder of SPLICE, an award-winning creative employer branding / recruiting agency.   Prior to entrepreneurship he built and led teams for Fortune 500 and start-up companies including; YP (formerly AT&T YellowPages), Case-Mate, Panasonic and Datapath (a division of Rockwell Collins).  He has worked with humans on every continent, with the exception of Antarctica.

Alex’s passion for networking and people engagement is obvious during his keynotes, breakout and training sessions delivered globally.  He is a storyteller, drawing from experiences in his humble, rural upbringing to a self-made status and the ability to purchase from Amazon without worrying about where his next meal derives.

He’s been interviewed and quoted by major media outlets and his book “Size Matters” gleens from his experiences and shares tips on personal brand building.

A graduate of The University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing and minor in Public Relations, he currently lives in the Atlanta, GA area with his children.

FUNNY BIO

At 13 years of age, Alex found himself at the crossroads of international pop/rap sensation or entrepreneurship, both offering an escape from growing his own food to survive.  His journey through major corporations and start-ups led to his destiny; (no, he can not be found on Spotify), the co-founding of Revibe, a hemp-based products company and founder of SPLICE, an award-winning creative employer branding / recruiting agency.

Alex has spent generous amounts of time with people all over the world and boasts a 4.9 Uber rating, which tells you he knows how to make an instant impression.  His stories are mostly true events, although you may not believe 37% of them and will ask afterward “did those people and events really exist”?

He’s written a book “Size Matters”, been quoted in news and media, almost died 3 times and somehow manages personal shopping duties for three teenage girls and his son.  His InstaPot skills are without compare and in his 17 minutes of downtime enjoys the outdoors.  

He is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing and minor in Public Relations and resides in Atlanta, GA, where he enjoys the humidity, unpredictable weather and occasional ride topless in his Jeep.
